Brad Federman

Brad has 20 years of corporate experience in sales, marketing, operations, and performance improvement as a professional, leader, executive and coach. Brad’s background comprises extensive experience in sales, product development, operations and various aspects of human resources including compensation, talent acquisition, talent and change management, and instructional design. Previous to Performancepoint, Brad was the EVP of Novations Group and has held leadership positions with Accenture and Humana Inc. He holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland and a M.Ed. in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University.
Brad has worked with organizations and their executive leadership from a variety of companies and industries including: Nordstrom, FedEx, WPP, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Gemini Hospitality, Kaiser Permanente, Mayo Clinic, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Deloitte and Touche, Hewitt and Associates, Gillette, Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., AT&T Wireless, Dow Chemical Company, Nextel, Genentech, Amgen, WellPoint Health Networks, Tyson Chicken, Suburu of America, EDS, New York Life, St. Jude, and Gulf Bank.

A featured speaker at various international conferences and business meetings Brad has been interviewed for articles in numerous publications including Fortune Small Business, Los Angeles Times and HR Magazine. He is the author of the book Employee Engagement: A Roadmap for Creating Profits, Optimizing Performance, and Increasing Loyalty published in August 2009.  He is also the author of several articles and a contributing author to 101 Ways to Enhance Your Career.
