Want Healthier Employees? Flex Time May Help.

The outcome of a recent study was just released.  The impact for employers could be very important. 

In the study employees who were able to plan their own work hours had:

  • Lower blood pressure
  • Sleep better; and
  • Were less stressed

Durham University completed this research studying the working habits of 16,603 people.  They found noteworthy benefits to flexible work arrangements.  Associates and employers need to think about how properly structure the work environment.
